Every companion is carefully composed using botanicals, crystals and traditional folklore whose symbolism has been thoughtfully brought together. While each ingredient has its own story, it is their relationship with one another that gives every companion its unique character.

We take the time to thoughtfully gather every treasure by hand, creating a collection chosen especially for you. No two Gatherings are ever identical. Every parcel is a unique collection, gathered with care and created just for you.

Your Gathering is filmed from beginning to end, so you can experience the excitement as each beautiful piece is carefully chosen, wrapped and prepared before your parcel begins its journey home.

Can I choose what's in my Lucky Bag?

Not entirely—and that's what makes every Gathering so special.

The joy of a Yarrow Moon Lucky Bag lies in discovering treasures you may never have chosen for yourself. Every Gathering is thoughtfully curated by hand, making each collection completely unique.

The surprise isn't an afterthought; it's part of the experience.

However, we also understand that everyone has their own preferences. If you have favourite colours, a preferred metal finish, or there's something you'd rather not receive, simply leave us a note at checkout.

We'll always do our very best to accommodate your preferences wherever possible, while keeping the surprise and wonder at the heart of your Gathering.

 

Are your Companion Jars magical?

That depends on what magic means to you.

Yarrow Moon Companion Jars are rooted in the traditional folklore and botanical knowledge of the British Isles. Every herb is chosen not only for the story it carries, but for the way its scent, texture and natural character contribute to the companion as a whole.

Will my Companion look exactly like the photographs?

Not exactly—and that's entirely intentional.

Yarrow Moon companions are created using real botanicals gathered from nature, not manufactured components.

Just as no two leaves, feathers or wildflowers are ever identical, neither are the treasures that find their way into our companions.

The herbs naturally change with the seasons and each harvest. Their colours, textures and fragrances may vary from one gathering to the next, influenced by the weather, the growing conditions and the time of year. Jute twine has its own character too, with subtle differences in colour, thickness and texture from batch to batch.

These natural variations aren't imperfections. They are a reminder that you're holding something real.

The vessel, charm and the carefully curated intention behind each companion remain the same, while nature quietly leaves her own signature on every piece.

Do I need to believe in folklore to enjoy Yarrow Moon?

In fact, many of our Gatherings and Companions are chosen as thoughtful gifts for birthdays, celebrations, new beginnings or simply to remind someone they're loved.

Every Yarrow Moon parcel is wrapped with great care and arrives ready to gift, so there's no need for extra wrapping unless you'd like to add your own personal touch.

If your order is being sent directly to someone special, simply use their delivery address at checkout.

After all, some of the most meaningful gifts aren't given because someone needs more.

They're given because someone deserves a moment of wonder.

 

What if I have allergies or sensitivities?

Your wellbeing will always come first.

Yarrow Moon companions and sensory pouches are created using a variety of natural botanicals, herbs, spices, dried flowers and other plant materials. While every ingredient is listed on the product page, natural materials can still trigger allergies or sensitivities in some people.

As our companions are created using real botanicals, slight natural variation between batches is to be expected.

What should I do with my Companion once it arrives?

Many people choose to display their companion where their everyday life unfolds—a bedside table, bookshelf, desk or favourite quiet corner. Others keep it in a more personal space, returning to it during moments of reflection whenever they need a quiet pause.

Our sensory pouches are designed to be portable. You can gently hold them, move them between your hands and enjoy their natural fragrance whenever you feel drawn to them. Some people keep theirs in a handbag, pocket or car, so their companion is always close by.

To help your companion stay at its best, we recommend keeping it away from direct heat, as the wax seal may soften or melt. Please don't submerge it in water, and take care not to drop it.

Over time, your companion may become part of your daily routine or simply a quiet presence in your home. Your companion is yours to enjoy in whatever way feels right for you.

After all, companions aren't meant to tell you where to walk.

How long will my Companion last?
