Every piece is handcrafted with care, using natural botanicals, crystals and handmade finishes, making each gathering beautifully unique.

If something isn't quite right, please get in touch. We'll always do our very best to help.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, or you've received the wrong item, please email us within 7 days of delivery, including a photograph where possible.

We'll work with you to put things right as quickly as we can, whether that means sending a replacement or arranging a refund where appropriate.

Change of Mind

We understand that sometimes people change their minds.

If you wish to return an item, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. Returned items must be unused, in their original condition and returned within 14 days of notifying us.

Once your return has been received and inspected, any eligible refund will be processed to your original payment method.

Please note that return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or we have made an error with your order.

Lucky Bags & Personalised Gatherings

Our Lucky Bags are carefully gathered as surprise collections, making every opening a unique experience.

Because the contents are intentionally selected as a surprise, we're unable to offer refunds simply because particular colours, styles or individual items weren't what you were hoping for.

However, if your order arrives damaged or we've made a mistake, we'll always do our very best to make things right.

Natural Variations

Yarrow Moon celebrates the beauty of nature.

As every companion is handcrafted using natural materials, slight variations in colour, botanicals, crystals and finishes are part of what makes each piece unique and should not be considered faults.
