Every Yarrow Moon parcel is gathered, prepared and packed by hand from our little corner of the UK.

We believe that creating something meaningful takes time. Rather than rushing your order, we choose to give every parcel the care and attention it deserves, so that opening it feels just as special as receiving it.

Dispatch Times

Before your parcel begins its journey, we carefully create and upload your personal Gathering video so you can share in the experience of your order being thoughtfully assembled.

Because every order is handcrafted and filmed individually, please allow up to 7 working days for dispatch. Many orders will be ready sooner, but we'd rather take the time to create something truly special than rush the experience.

If you're ordering for a birthday, celebration or another special occasion, please feel free to get in touch before placing your order. If we're able to dispatch your order sooner, we'll always do our very best to help.

Shipping

All UK orders are sent using a tracked postal service wherever possible.

We are delighted to offer international shipping. Delivery times will vary depending on your location, and any customs duties, taxes or import charges are the responsibility of the recipient.

Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a confirmation email with your tracking details where available.

Please note that delivery time estimates are provided by the courier and cannot be guaranteed.
