Guardian’s Wand brings together lavender, catnip, dandelion and Palo Santo — botanicals chosen for their traditional associations with protection, purification, resilience and peace.
But at the heart of the wand is something gathered not from the garden, but from the shoreline.

Each Guardian is bound with a naturally holed hag stone, gathered from a beach on the South Coast of England. Formed over time by water moving through stone, hag stones have carried a place in British and European folk belief for centuries. Hung at doors, windows, bedsides and amongst livestock, they were traditionally kept as protective charms against harmful influences, misfortune and ill intent.
Their natural opening also gave rise to another piece of folklore: that looking through the hole could reveal the fae realm, help drop illusion, and allow a person to see what ordinary sight might miss.
It is this old protective tradition that gives Guardian’s Wand its character.
Lavender brings peace and purification. Catnip brings protection and calm. Dandelion — a plant that pushes through cracks, poor soil and disturbed ground — brings resilience and the strength to endure. Palo Santo brings cleansing and protection.
Together, they are bound for one purpose: protection and peace.
Only 5 Guardian’s Wands were made in this batch, using botanicals grown and gathered in the Yarrow Moon garden. Once they are gone, this garden-grown batch cannot be recreated.
Unlike Moon Ward, which remains intact as a permanent shield, Guardian’s Wand is created for smoke cleansing. As the botanicals are used, the naturally formed hag stone remains as a lasting Witch’s Window charm.
Each Guardian’s Wand is made by hand using botanicals grown and gathered in the Yarrow Moon garden. Every hag stone is naturally formed and gathered by hand from the South Coast, so no two Guardians will ever be quite alike.
